Art does not have to be "perfect" and within the lines or look like a photograph. Creating through art is a way in which one can connect with themselves and process life experiences. It can provide relaxation and reduce stress offering a pathway to wellness. This three-class workshop series will inform, guide, and instruct participants as they actively engage in various forms of expressive art to reduce stress and promote well-being. No artistic talent is needed. A non-refundable $10 cash materials fee is due to the instructor at the time of class for art supplies.
