The emotions of stress such as fear, anger, frustration, and annoyance can bottle up in our bodies and create havoc with our health. Learn ways to use your SoulCollage cards that can help you process these emotions. We will end the class with a guided meditation that will give inspiration to you for the creation of a card on your own time.

  • Journal/ lined paper)

  • Pen

  • SoulCollage deck. Please select three cards from your deck: a card that is a Shadow card (represents the not so nice part of you or an energy typically categorized as negative), a card that gives the energy comfort, and a card that give the sense of empowerment. If you are missing one or more of these cards, that is OK.
