Each quadrant of The Wheel holds a different energy and represents a season of the year, stage of life, area of our Being, and a different kind of healing.  Together they create a balanced whole in a specific relationship to one another.  The teachings of the Medicine Wheel teach us about the cycles of life, death, and rebirth and how they relate to Nature, the seasons, and the Universe.  This class we will journey to the East of the Medicine Wheel.

Materials needed:

• 5x8 mat board, cardstock, or piece of cardboard

• magazine images

• glue stick

• scissors

• journal or paper with a pen
